The Eclectic is South Pasadena’s Eclectic Music Festival and Art Walk.
Coming Saturday May 14, 2016
Levitt Pavilion Greater Los Angeles & Pasadena is partnering with the South Pasadena Chamber of Commerce to present The Eclectic Music Festival and Art Walk. This 8th Annual Eclectic Music Festival features a diverse musical line up – over 30 acts performing on multiple stages around town. From Glen Phillips (Toad the Wet Sprocket), to Albert Lee, Doug McLeod, and more. There’s an Art Walk featuring open galleries, studios and hosted events. Numerous intimate venues appear throughout the city, plus outdoor installations, food trucks and a beer and wine garden. The festival is family friendly and free to attend.
Dubbed “The Anti-Grove” by The Los Angeles Times, South Pasadena’s downtown is home to The Eclectic and to an authentic collection of indie boutiques, cafes and art galleries. The Metro Gold Line arrives at the festival’s doorstep and most venues are within easy walking distance.
Outstanding talent has played the festival since its inception in 2009. The Eclectic mixes award winning artists with emerging talent, visual and performing arts in a cross–genre, multi-media potpourri.
