Winter Spring Interns

The Levitt Pavilion Pasadena is starting a winter/spring internship program. We are looking for high school and college students who would like experience working behind the scens at a non-profit organizatin that produces an annual summer music festival . Interns work in four main areas:

• Day-to-Day Office
  
• Graphic Design
• Web Design and maintenance
• Sales

When

• Applications: Open until Feb. 10, 2012
• Interviews: Feb. 13-17
• Winter/Spring Inernship Dates: Week of Feb. 20- Beginning of June, 2012]

• Days: Internship days are Monday-Thursday in the afternoon. Intern shifts are flexible, but generally Monday-Thursday afternoons. The intern and supervisor will set a schedule that works for both people.
• Hours: Intern hours are roughly8-10 hrs/week.

Duties and Responsibilities

Compensation

This is an unpaid internship. However, Interns successfully leaving the Levitt Pavilion Pasadena will be given letters of recommendations and experience to better prepare for the competitive job market.

The Levitt Pavilion Pasadena relies heavily on intern support to produce our summer season. We are looking for high school and college students to particpate in our Part-Time Internship Program. Interns work in two main areas:

• Event Production

• Marketing and Outreach

When

Compensation
This is an unpaid internship. However, Interns successfully leaving the Levitt Pavilion Pasadena will be given letters of recommendations and experience to better prepare for the competitive job market.

College credit can be provided. Reliable transportation and a cell phone is required.
