Can I vend at the Levitt Pavilion Pasadena?

Yes!

The Levitt Pavilion Pasadena invites local businesses to be a part of our annual Free Summer Concert Series! As an organization dedicated to building community, we know how important it is for businesses, non-profits, and individuals to partner together to build community. The Levitt Pavilion Pasadena invites you to become a part of what we do!

As a Vendor at the Levitt Pavilion Pasadena, you have an excellent opportunity to reach our audience and make them your clients. In 2011, our concerts averaged 1,300 people in attendance each night and almost 62,500 people over the course of the summer. Our attendees come from Pasadena, Altadena, the San Gabriel Valley, the greater Los Angeles area, Long Beach, all the way through California, the U.S. and the globe. Combine that with nights that feature genres like Children’s entertainment (Wednesdasy), Jazz, Latin, World, Americana, Rock, and more, and you have a diverse range of individuals and families to reach with your products.

Do I need any licenses or permits to vend at the Levitt Pavilion Pasadena?

Yes.

You must possess a license from the City of Pasadena to vend at our events. If you already have a business license in Pasadena, you will need to provide that to us before you come. If you do not already have a license, you will need to fill out the proper paperwork, courtesy of the City of Pasadena.

If you would like to sell food, you must possess a City of Pasadena Food Vendor’s License, as well as a City of Pasadena Public Health License and other supplemental licenses (listed below) for specific types of food services. If you already have these you will need to provide them before you attend. If you do not, we can help you obtain one. Please see the Fee Schedule for information on the cost of City of Pasadena permits and licenses.

 

Are there any other requirements as a vendor at the Levitt Pavilion Pasadena?

Yes.

Part of being a Vendor or Community Partner at the Levitt Pavilion Pasadena is maximizing the advertising opportunities that are available to you by partnering with us. By aligning yourself with certain marketing and advertising channels we use, you get an even bigger impact than just your presence at the park alone. Through an integrated marketing campaign, Vendors, Community Partners and the Levitt use our networks to support each other.

The following are the Co-Promotion Activities required of all Vendors and Community Partners. If you feel this does not fit what you do, talk to us so we can come up with something that works!

Facebook

  • “Like” your business’ page on Facebook
  • Post an announcement that your business will be at the park, including a tag, during the week you  will be at the park in our weekly Vendors announcement on Facebook

Web

  • Post your organization on the Vendors section of the Levitt Pavilion Pasadena’s Website, including logo, description, and hyperlink to your site

Email

  • Include your business in our weekly E-blast the week you will be at the park

On-Site (at the park)

  • Post print literature at our Info Booth throughout the season
  • Provide you with our print literature for your space(s)

From you: You will

Facebook

  • “Like” the Levitt Pavilion Pasadena Facebook page
  • Announce on Facebook at the beginning of the season, including a tag (*please ask if you do not know what a tag is) of the Levitt Pavilion Pasadena, that you will be vending at the Levitt Pavilion Pasadena and which dates you will be in attendance, including artist name associated with that date(s)
  • Post that you will be vending at the Levitt Pavilion Pasadena at the beginning of the season
  • Post that you will be vending at the Levitt Pavilion Pasadena on the day that you will be in attendance, including dates and artists featured on those dates (will be provided to you)

Web

  • Put our logo on your website as a Community Sponsor, including text about the Levitt and a link to our page

Email

  • Announce in an email blast (if you do them) that you will be at the Levitt Pavilion Pasadena, including the dates you will be in attendance and the artists that are featured that night- once at the beginning of the summer season and once during the week you will be in attendance

On-Site (at your business)

  • Post Levitt Pavilion Pasadena fliers, schedules, or other information at your location(s)
  • Provide us with literature/print material for our Info Booth
